Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using RNDCEX, you represent and warrant this is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Services Provided<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>RNDCEX provides digital asset trading and peer-to-peer (P2P) services. Users may trade, list, or engage with crypto assets via the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Account Registration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment Services<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Fiat on\/off ramps are provided by Transak.com, Transak.com is a global web3 infrastructure services provider with registered entities in the USA (NMLS ID: 2362652), the UK, Canada, Australia, Poland, India, and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prohibited Activities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You agree not to use RNDCEX for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any unlawful purpose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fraud, scams, or money laundering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circumventing geo-blocks or regional restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accessing other users\u2019 accounts or private data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or unauthorized activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Risk Disclaimer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and carry a high degree of risk.
